Steel properties
Oil-hardenable steel for bearings. Superficial hardness after quenching and tempering = 62-63 HRC providing good resistance to wear. High hardenability and good contact fatigue lifetime.
 
Applications
Ball and roller bearings, bearing raceways, balls and needles rollers, thrust bearings.
 
Mechanical properties

Annealed for hardness: 217 HB
